The price seemed excessive once a pet fee was added!!! A major inconvenience, the plumbing issues in multiple rooms really affected our experience. Fixing a shower head while needing to prepare for a wedding could have been more seamless!!!

Staying here was delightful! The breakfast and evening meals were fantastic, and the basketball hoop got major thumbs up from my boys. The location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants, and the clean, quiet room made for a restful stay. The staff was friendly and ready to help, making my visit truly enjoyable.

We had a wonderful time exploring Saltillo! The convenience of being so close to the Madero Stadium was fantastic. we easily caught a great event. The hotel is pet-friendly, which was perfect for our little dog, and the breakfast options were delightful.
In my kids' opinion, a playground would be great.
